These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Block Jelly Glow (the "Game"), developed and operated by Turgay Yazıcı ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. The Game

Block Jelly Glow is a free-to-play puzzle game available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The Game is supported by advertising and by optional in-app purchases described below.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit the Game except as permitted by applicable law.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including coin packs and a premium (ad-free) package:

• Coins are a virtual, consumable in-game currency used to access power-up features (such as Row/Column Blast, Undo, and Swap). Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-transferable.
• The Premium package is a one-time, consumable purchase that grants a set amount of coins and a limited ad-free period. It is not an auto-renewing subscription; when the ad-free period ends, advertising resumes and the package may be purchased again.
• Prices are shown in your local currency within the Game and are set and charged by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Refunds are handled solely by the applicable app store in accordance with its policies. Consumable virtual items are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
• All purchases are final once the virtual items are delivered to your account, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Advertising

Unless you hold an active ad-free period, the Game displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). Advertising is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party software, and not to attempt to gain virtual items without paying the applicable price. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
