This Privacy Policy explains how Turgay Yazıcı ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Block Jelly Glow (the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The Game does not require you to create an account or provide your name or email to play. We collect limited data to operate and improve the Game:

• Gameplay & device data (via analytics): anonymous usage events, scores, level progress, approximate device/OS information, and an anonymous identifier.
• Purchase data: when you make an in-app purchase, we record which product was bought, the amount/currency, and your in-game balances (coins, ad-free status). See Section 3.

2. Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the Game is used (sessions, events, retention) so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

3. In-App Purchases and Payment Data

• Payments for coin packs and the premium package are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your credit card or payment details.
• We record purchase events (product purchased, price, currency) through Firebase Analytics to measure sales performance.
• We store your in-game balances — coin balance and ad-free status — in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), linked to an anonymous identifier, so your purchases are preserved across sessions and devices.
• We do not sell your purchase data.

4. Advertising

Unless you hold an active ad-free period, the Game shows ads via Google AdMob and may use mobile advertising identifiers. In regions where required (e.g., the EEA), a consent form is shown. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings. For AdMob's practices, see Google's privacy information.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Game (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Apple/Google billing). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Analytics and purchase-related data are retained for as long as necessary to operate the Game and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your region) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Advertising is configured for a general audience rating.

8. Your Rights

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
